In the clinical auxiliary intervention of patients with motor dysfunction in neurology and geriatrics, single training site and rigid assistance force have long been core pain points. Flat road training can meet basic needs, but once it involves complex terrains such as stairs and ramps, traditional mechanical auxiliary equipment is difficult to adapt: either the power output is constant and cannot match terrain changes, or medical staff need to manually debug parameters repeatedly, which not only interrupts training continuity, but also easily causes body shaking and fall risks due to unbalanced assistance, seriously restricting the all-scenario progression of patients' physical activity ability.

A 2025 clinical study in the Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation clearly pointed out that mechanical auxiliary equipment with terrain adaptation and dynamic force adjustment functions can greatly improve the safety of patients' training in complex scenarios, increase the improvement efficiency of limb activity coordination by 47.2%, and is especially suitable for progressive activity intervention of patients with central nervous system injury and senile hypofunction.

The intelligent self-adaptive adjustment function equipped in the Meddo Dynamic Weightless Ceiling Hoist System CL100-C is a core technology developed for this clinical pain point, which completely breaks the scenario limitations of traditional auxiliary equipment and realizes intelligent adaptation of "the device adjusts as the patient moves, and the power changes as the terrain changes", becoming a key support for the all-scenario progression of physical activity.

The adaptive system is built-in with multi-dimensional dynamic sensors, which can real-time capture the patient's movement direction, moving speed, center of gravity height and weight reduction needs, and can intelligently identify different site terrains such as stairs, ramps and flat roads, and automatically complete the precise adjustment of power lift, support force and sling height. Without manual intervention by medical staff, it can output matching auxiliary power according to the patient's real-time status and training scenario: automatically increase assistance to reduce limb load when going up ramps, stably maintain support when walking on flat roads, and appropriately control force to ensure posture stability when going down ramps, fitting the patient's exercise rhythm throughout the process and minimizing external force interference.

At the same time, the adaptive function can flexibly set the power lift threshold according to the patient's physical activity progression needs, adapting to the intervention goals of different stages from passive assistance in the early stage to independent force application in the later stage. It not only ensures training safety but also gradually stimulates patients' independent exercise ability. Combined with the device's original dynamic weight reduction, fixed-point braking and dual-control operation system, it truly realizes all-scenario, whole-cycle and personalized mechanical assistance, opening up the path for all-scenario physical activity progression for patients with motor dysfunction in neurology and geriatrics, and also making the clinical intervention of medical staff more efficient and precise.
